Bastille Day Installation at The Meat Market, 2018
This installation explores the idea of viewing life through the lens of one’s own culture. As a French artist, I invited viewers to engage with the artworks by looking through the installation, framed by the colours of the French flag. This perspective aimed to provoke reflection on how cultural identity shapes perception and interpretation.
’Inverted Crown’ by Katira + Lucy Lucy at MIx Media Installation, 2023
Shaped as a large inverted crown, the dream-like installation plays with this symbol as a way to explore alternative structures of power, while embodying the Feminine principle of a more circular and communal experience. The artwork aims to challenge the traditional norms of authority dynamics and seeks to ultimately create a space for dialogue and reflection on the multi faced aspects of Feminine force.
Arcana installation at Marfa Gallery 2019
The installation is a collaboration between artist Katherine Gailer, Rachael Edwards and Lucy Lucy after their residencies in Queenstown, Tasmania.
